In connection with the increasing cases of appeal by students - citizens of Republic of India explanations on the authenticity of documents, given them by the representatives of CJSC “Rus Holdings India Private Limited” on Indian territory as a justification for studying at Tver State Medical University we detail explanation:
FSBEI HE Tver State Medical University of the Ministry of Healthcare of Russian Federation never issued or issue financial documents for education tuition in English to applicants and students. Any financial documents on English on behalf of University, requirements for tuition fees in foreign currency, as well as requirements for tuition fees to bank accounts in foreign banks, outside the Russian Federation, are false and therefore cannot be grounds for tuition fees.
The requirements for payment in foreign currency of residence of students in the hostel are also illegal, since under the terms of the tripartite agreement, the hostel is provided free of charge to foreign citizens for the period of study, except for the payment of communal services.
All official documents of the University, in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, are issued in the official state language of the Russian Federation - Russian language for the period of studying.
Acceptance of funds for studying, both cash and non-cash payment, is made exclusively in the national currency of the Russian Federation - in rubles.
The University does not have any bank accounts in foreign banks outside the Russian Federation.
